Tube Rolling & BendingMuch-needed and valuable capabilities that O’Hare Metal Products offers its clients include tube rolling and bending. Following our customers’ specs and enhancing them with our own design file formats such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, we exercise discipline and precision when executing the job that’s required. Whatever the material you want rolled and bended, be it aluminum, carbon, or stainless steel, our hydraulic double-pinch angle rollers and CNC roll bending can efficiently and accurately create material forms of either angle, bar stock, or tubing, with cross body sections that can either be round, square, or oval.

Our proficiency in these processes allows us to achieve an outside diameter of 3/8″ to 4″, and an overall tolerance level of .005″. Officially certified by both the TMA Association as well as being ISO 9001:2008 certified, we can do prototypes, short runs, long runs, or large-scale production runs in accordance with standard lead times.
